Appellation x Gozney Sweepstakes

1. Sponsors. The "Appellation × Gozney Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is jointly sponsored by Appellation Healdsburg, operated by Maker Hospitality, LLC (Appellation Hotels), 165 Foss Creek Circle, Healdsburg, CA 95448 ("Appellation"), and Gozney Group Ltd, Bobby's, Third Floor, The Square, 2–12 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5LP, United Kingdom ("Gozney") (each a "Sponsor," together the "Sponsors"). The Sponsors are separate, independent companies; each is an independent controller of the personal data described in Section 12 below.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of: (a) the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding the States of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island; (b) the United Kingdom; and (c) Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Quebec, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins on July 20, 2026 at 4:00:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") and ends on July 27, 2026 at 4:00:00 PM PDT (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsors' computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete and submit the online entry form on this page with the required information (first name, last name, email address, and country and state/province of residence). Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. The marketing opt-in checkbox(es) are optional and are not required to enter or win. Entries that are incomplete, or generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, are void and may be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. Prize; Approximate Retail Value. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) one (1) Gozney Dome XL (Gen 2) pizza oven (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US $2,799.99); and (b) a two (2)-night stay for two (2) at Appellation Healdsburg, Healdsburg, California, including dinner for two at Folia (stay ARV: US $1,880). Total ARV: US $4,679.99. Dinner value is equal to $270 and does not include tax or gratuity.

Stay terms: standard accommodations for two (2) adults and one (1) dinner for two at Folia as described; subject to availability and blackout dates; travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner notification. The stay is non-transferable, may not be resold, and is not redeemable for cash. The stay does not include airfare, ground transportation, additional meals beyond the included Folia dinner, resort fees, gratuities, incidentals, or any expense not expressly stated as included.

Oven fulfillment: Gozney will ship the oven to a valid delivery address in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada; the winner is responsible for assembly, installation, fuel, and use. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty except any provided by the manufacturer. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated and actual value of a prize will not be awarded. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and any other costs and fees on the prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners with a prize ARV of US $600 or more may receive an IRS Form 1099 for tax-reporting purposes.

6. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about July 28, 2026, the Sponsors will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must respond within five (5) days of notification.

Canada — Skill-Testing Question. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant who is a resident of Canada must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsors.

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question (Canada), is found ineligible, or does not return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected at random from remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes each winner's consent to the Sponsors' use of the winner's name, city and state/province of residence, likeness, and/or entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further notice, payment, or consideration.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; technical, hardware, software, telephone, or network malfunctions; or any typographical or other error in the offering or administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Conditions; Modification and Cancellation. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsors' reasonable control impairs its integrity, in which case the Sponsors may select the winner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken.

11. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California for United States entrants, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants in the United Kingdom and Canada remain subject to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

12. Privacy and Data. Information collected from entrants is subject to each Sponsor's privacy policy: Appellation — appellationhotels.com/privacy-policy; Gozney — gozney.com/policies/privacy-policy. Appellation and Gozney are separate, independent controllers of the data provided at entry. Entry data is used to administer the Sweepstakes. Entrants will receive marketing communications from a Sponsor only if they affirmatively opt in to that Sponsor's list at entry; each opt-in is separate and unchecked by default, and opting in is not required to enter or win. Gozney will receive only the records of entrants who opt in to Gozney's list. UK entrants: data processed under UK GDPR and PECR. Canadian entrants: express consent obtained under CASL.

13. Winner List. For the name of the winner, available after August 30, 2026, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Appellation x Gozney Sweepstakes, 165 Foss Creek Circle, Healdsburg, CA 95448, to be received within six (6) months of the end of the Entry Period.

14. United Kingdom — Free Prize Draw. For UK entrants, this promotion is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary and entry is made by submitting the online entry form. UK promoter: Gozney Group Ltd, Bobby's, Third Floor, The Square, 2–12 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5LP, United Kingdom. The draw closes July 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT (12:00 AM British Summer Time on July 28, 2026). The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and notified by email within five (5) days.

15. General. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The Sponsors' failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term. Section headings are for convenience only.

16. Social Media Platforms. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any and all liability. Entrants provide their information to the Sponsors (Appellation Healdsburg and Gozney Group Ltd), not to any social media platform.
