What is your group maximum capacity at Appellation Healdsburg?

At Appellation Healdsburg, we can accommodate up to 500 people for a cocktail reception on the Grange Terrace. For seated meetings, we can host up to 250 people in the Grange Hall.

We’re interested in having Chef Charlie Palmer host and personally cook for our meeting and event?

That sounds great and he would love to learn more! Please contact us via the RFP form to inquire.

Do you have a vineyard view?

No, not directly. You can see some distant vineyards over the hillside towards Montage, but we’re more about our little north Healdsburg community and the rolling hillsides surrounding us.

Can we have live music at night on the Grange Terrace?

The answer is yes, so long as you end acoustic music at 9 pm.

What’s your room block minimum for meeting packages?

We can customize just about anything you want, but ideally five rooms or more constitute a meeting room block.

How does the Exhibition Kitchen in the Grange Hall work? Are the chefs cooking during the event?

Yes, the Exhibition Kitchen provides a live culinary showcase where guests can watch our chefs actively prepare food during events, creating an interactive and engaging dining experience.
