Carina Lopez is the Santa Rosa-born baker behind Cookies by Carina and mama to two energetic boys. Professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, she has worked in popular Napa and Sonoma restaurants. Starting her cookie journey in 2015 to stay home with her children, she's built a thriving business.
