Features

An expert from Wolf Coffee, a Sonoma County establishment for 30 years, will guide you through the process of understanding how beans are sourced and then roasted.
You’ll then get to try a range of single-origin beans provided by Wolf Coffee, playing with mixing and matching them until you create your very own individual blend.
You’ll also test out a variety of food pairings, experimenting to see which sweet and savory snacks go best with which coffee styles.
Each participant will bring home a bag of their own personal blended coffee.
